3W Partners (3Wp) was founded by Scott Roller, a long-time practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the global telecom and financial services industries, including 15 years in international business.
Scott has led teams at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Global Payment Systems and Citibank (mortgage), serving in a variety of capacities, including: Operations, Strategy, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Training, Program Management and more.
Scott is a recognized authority within the outsourcing sector, understanding the “buy” and the “sell” side. He has led very large operations, including contact centers, order desks, technical help desks and more, supporting as many as 1,200 agents performing over 50 different functions in multiple countries. Scott is known for his performance-driven models and results.
From a vendor control, compliance and governance perspective, Scott is on the national speaking circuit and helps others drive adherence to mandates published by banking regulators, including the OCC and CFPB.
Scott holds a B.S. in Business & Communications from Missouri State University, and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University. He and his family reside in the metro St. Louis area.
Craig’s experience includes over 20 years in strategy, go-to-market, marketing, sales, outsourcing, operations management, process improvement, and analytics roles. His expertise includes launching and supporting new products, technologies, and services for human resources, banking, financial services and government enterprises.
Prior to joining 3Wp, Craig led product management and product marketing for Equifax’s Unemployment Cost Management business. The solutions he managed provide compliance with complex Unemployment Integrity legislation and state and federal unemployment tax liability avoidance. At Equifax, Craig also led product management for The Work Number, a unique data asset that provides automated and researched verification of employment and income.
Craig spent 16 years at Citibank in various roles. He directed digital marketing, led the mortgage business process re-engineering team and managed the end-to-end Retail home equity origination platform.
Craig has consulted with, and presented to, a wide variety of firms in the financial services industry. He is also active with Washington University, having served on various committees and as a regular mentor to MBA students. Craig holds a B.A. degree in History from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
